Jewelry design and stringing has been a passion of mine for more than twenty plus years. 

 

​It is a passion that was ignited decades ago when taking a class on pearl stringing to repair my pearls. From there I went on to silversmithing classes, and glass bead making (lampwork).  At one point, a studio was built into the back of my home for bead making including my torch and kiln. We moved into a new home and my lamp work torch currently remains packed but I still have a collection of beads to include in a few of my pieces. A new kiln and torch are  in action as I produce pure silver, sterling silver, bronze and glass creations.

Hand and eye work has always been my forte along with a little artistic flare. I would create a piece, often including my own glass, and then sold them at my spa.

​

It was interesting to see the individuals who were attracted to my style and who purchased them. It felt like they were not just buying a piece of jewelry, they were in fact purchasing a piece of my energy. Now that I have sold my practice, I have time to continue my passion. I seek excellence, always have.​
