If you received your jewelry and it is not quite what you expected,

you have seven days to return it. No problem.

You will be reimbursed for the full purchase, less the shipping cost and fees from credit merchants. I can let you know exactly what the shipping cost will be before sending your reimbursement.

1. The original tag must still be on it.

2. It should not have been worn.

3. It must not smell of perfume.

4. Must not be visibly damaged.

5.  I will send you the form for returns and reimbursement.

 

In addition to return shipping, I also recommend insuring the package.
